Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration Laboratory
During its first year of existence, the Mediation, Negotiation, and Arbitration Laboratory has proved to be a center where ideas for the broadest possible use of alternative dispute resolution methods are born and implemented. Its creative potential has been expressed in a pilot master’s program in mediation, scientific publications, participation in international competitions, Erasmus+ KA2, and other grant programs. However, it is by no means limited to this.

At the present stage, the main task of the Laboratory is to transform the university into a key player in promoting the values of mediation among the population of Bukovyna and Ukraine, developing a culture of negotiation and non-violent communication, and establishing the ideology of peaceful resolution of all possible conflicts, regardless of their nature and content.
